一、初审意见

1. The section of acknowledgements and the authors' information must not be included in the blind manuscript until final acceptance. The acknowledgements can be added in the title page when submission. 

IJMST采用双盲评审（同行评议人和作者互不知晓姓名），个人信息及致谢部分均不能出现在Manuscript（正文）以及Response to Reviewers（修改说明）里，见下图，请放到Title Page文档里。此点为编辑部审查初始投稿时发现的常见错误。

2. When checking the repetitive report of this manuscript, I am sorry for its very high repetition rate value of xx%. A manuscript above 15% repetition rate cannot be allowed to send for review.

通过Ithenticate查重系统（https://www.ithenticate.com.cn/），文章重复率若高于15%则不予送审。

3. The rejection ratio after preliminary evaluation for new submission is above 75% due to the deficiency of innovation, scientificity, reliability, logicality and readability (logical structure, figures and tables, etc).

由于文章缺乏创新性、科学性、可靠性、逻辑性和可读性，初审拒稿率达75%以上，外审录用率约36%（与同行国际顶刊相当），稿件录用率约8%。

二、一审意见

1. The title should highly and concisely summarize the main research contents and innovation points (as keywords) of this article. It should not be too long and has better to be within 20 words. It should be a logical concatenation of the keywords in this article.

题目需要高度精炼，选择研究领域、研究内容和创新点作为关键词，题目是关键词的逻辑组合。

2. The introduction should cover current research status of this research topic, and clarify the importance of key research points of this paper.

引言高度概括本研究主题的研究现状，阐明本文关键研究点的创新性和重要性。

3. The abstract should highlight the originality, innovation and uniqueness of this paper, and exclude the common knowledge contents in this field. On the other hand, the information or claims such as future plans should not be included in the abstract.

摘要需要阐明本文的原创性，创新性和独特性，剔除本领域的一些常识性内容和将来计划研究内容方面的阐述。

4. The conclusions should directly present the QUANTIFIED research achievements, such as important models, data and indicators. List those using serial numbers.

结论需要阐述本文的一些定量化的研究成果，比如相关模型、数据、指标等，用序列号按序列出。

5. When preparing your figures, make sure that all the details (e.g. font size, figure size) follow every rule of figures. Your continuous cooperation will be required and appreciated if any of the figures does not meet the standards.

当您制图时，确保图中所有细节都遵循了我刊图片的要求（见附件）。若任一图片不符合规范，我们会将稿件返回给您，请您重新制图直至所有图片满足要求。

6. The format requirements of the whole paper in word version can be referred to the IJMST template. 

整个word文档严格按照IJMST投稿模板（见附件）进行撰写。

7. When you submit your revised manuscript, your response to the review report should be point-to-point and indicate explicitly how you have addressed the comments by the editor and reviewers. Also you must highlight the revisions in colors to be clear in the main texts. Tracking changes by software (e.g., Microsoft word) itself is not suggested.

当提交修改稿时，需要在审稿意见回复里采用一问一答形式，详细回答审稿专家和编辑部提出的所有修改意见，以达到不用看正文内容即可清楚明白审稿意见所对应的相应修改内容；同时用颜色在正文里高亮显示修改内容，不建议用word等软件自带的追踪功能来显示修改痕迹。
